Messaging Challenges

From a technical support perspective, email management is the most demanding technology component in any business.  The advances in new media technology have created legitimate business needs for sharing large media presentations via email.  Such presentations are known to consume large amounts of storage on email servers and present a challenge to administrators who must balance system performance with business requirements and costs.

In addition to facing the growing demand for storage, technology professionals must also address spyware, spam, and viruses which constantly present time consuming and labor intensive challenges.  The end result of these challenges are increased costs in both money, performance and client confidence.

However, the challenges do not end here for a support professional, as risk and contingency planning must also be considered for a business environment.   Best practices for backing up email systems and archiving messages is now a legal requirement for many businesses.  This requirement translates to yet more storage, equipment, software and labor costs.

Russell Nomer has a background in addressing each of these problems in multiple enterprise environments.  Whether you need to find a better storage solution, combat a virus or spyware infestation, perform a migration from one messaging platform to another, or put together the proper business recovery plan, Russell's experience will add value to your project.
